Be part of a team that maintains a section of Trail;
Brushing trees and shrubs.
Repairing bridges and culverts; Put up fencing and safety
ribbons to control traffic in winter.

Permits
Service our designated Permit Outlets; Process Club's
"sold" Permits.
Trail
Signage
Put up OFSC prescribed signage prior to trail opening -
usually early December.
Become a "signage" expert, and help train others.
Designated Trail Patrol
Check every machine for Trail Permits, and if none, ask
them to purchase one on the spot.
Always be a Trail Ambassador for safety.
Landowners
Become a contact person for Landowners to get their
consent to enter their property.
Let us know how many you wish to handle.
Advertising/Sponsorship
Help to sell advertising for the District Map or Sponsors
for a fundraiser.
Groomer
& Equipment Shed/Club House
Organize and clean the Groomer Shop and yard, as required.
Arrange to have equipment repaired; Be the Safety
Coordinator.
Groomer
Operators
Training is mandatory; Help the Groomer Operators with
scheduling.
Administrative
Pick up the incoming Mail at the Post Office.
Become the contact person for Volunteers.
Create and maintain the Volunteer List/Registration.
Club
Volunteer Executive Committee
Prepare the Club's Annual Budget and keep track of money
spent.
Send out information emails.
Record Minutes of all Meetings.
Training
Courses Available
Chainsaw, Signage, Mechanics, Trail Patrol, Grooming.
Club
Fundraising Events & Socials
Organize a Social (in or out of season) a BBQ or a Club
